Consortium Scholars

The Consortium, with funding from the Health Research Board of Ireland, the Health and Social Care Research and Development Office of Northern Ireland, and the U.S. NCI, has provided training to over 250 cancer researchers, nurses, and health care professionals on the island of Ireland. The success of training programs, like the NCI Summer Curriculum in Cancer Prevention, exemplifies the Consortium's commitment to enhance the infrastructure for cancer research across the island through the professional development of Irish, Northern Irish, and U.S. scientists and scholars.
