IACR 2009 Annual Meeting

The Irish Association of Cancer Research (IACR) Annual Meeting was held in Athlone, Ireland, 5-6 March 2009. Dr. Joe Harford, chair of the Consortium Strategic Advisory Group (SAG) and director of the National Cancer Institute's (NCI) Office of International Affairs (OIA), provided an Irish Cancer Society lecture entitled “The Role of Physicians and Other Healthcare Professionals in Cancer Control.”
